आज हम बात करने वाले हैं फिल्म Tenet के बारे में वैसे तो ये फिल्म 4 दिसंबर 2020 को रिलीज हो चुकी है और उसका अब तक आप में से बहुत लोगों ने फिल्म देख भी लिया होगा लेकिन अब तक इस फिल्म के बारे में वो सारे सवाल ऐसे हैं जिनका जवाब अब तक नहीं तो आज हम इस पोस्ट में इसी के बारे में बात करने वाले हैं। इस फिल्म को डायरेक्ट क्या है Christopher Nolan ने और इस फिल्म की कास्ट में John David Washington, Robert Pattinson, Elizabeth Debicki और डिम्पल कपाड़िया।
वैसे तो इस फिल्म की कास्ट बहुत बड़ी है लेकिन इस फिल्म इन्हीं 5 लोगों पर पर ज्यादा फोकस किया गया है तो फिल्म की कहानी कुछ ऐसी है कि फ्यूचर में एक साइंटिस्ट एक ऐसी मशीन बनाता है जिसके इस्तेमाल से हम टाइम को रिवर्स कर सकते हैं। यानि की अगर आप किसी ग्राउंड पे ईस्ट से वेस्ट की ओर सीधे चल रहे हैं तो इस मशीन की शक्ति से आप वेस्ट की ओर रिवर्स चलना शुरू कर देंगे।
तो फिल्म में हमें कुछ ऐसा बताया गया है कि फ्यूचर में प्रेजेंट के लोगों को बहुत सारा पॉल्यूशन और प्रॉब्लम होती है जिसे की फ्यूचर जेनरेशन के कुछ लोग सोचते हैं कि क्यों न इस मशीन का इस्तेमाल करके अतीत जनरेशन के लोगों को ही खत्म कर दिया जाए जिससे कि जो अर्थ रिसोर्सेज हैं वो पोयलेट ना हों और फ्यूचर उनके काम में।
और इसी काम को पूरा करने के लिए फ्यूचर जनरेशन के कुछ लोग पास्ट जनरेशन में एक इंसान को चुनते हैं जिसका नाम होता है एंड्रयू जिसका रोल प्ले किया है कनेट बर्नेग ने वो इसे एक डील करते हैं कि वो इसे ये काम करने के लिए ढेर सारा पैसा देंगे और बदले में उसे उनका ये काम पूरा करना होगा।

कहानी पूरी दुनिया की सर्वाइवल के साथ जुड़ी हुई है क्योंकि वर्ल्ड वार 3 की शुरुआत होने वाली है जिसको रोकने की जिम्मेदारी TENET नाम के एक सीक्रिट ऑर्गनाइजेशन के कंधों पर डाली गई है। एक सीक्रेट ऑफिसर हैं जिनको स्पेशल मिशन के लिए सिलेक्ट किया जाता है जो पूरे देश को कंट्रोल करते हैं। उनके हाथों एक स्पेशल एल्गोरिदम को पहुंचने से बचाना ही फ्यूचर में कुछ सनकी दिमाग साइंटिस्ट दुनिया को खत्म करके इसके रिसोर्सेज जैसे पानी हवा धूप वगैरा सब कुछ अपने फ्यूचर में इस्तेमाल करने के लिए चुराना चाहते हैं

और पीछे की तरफ भागते हैं और बंदूक से निकली गोली वापस बंदूक की तरह फन की शुरुआत होती हैं और अगली सीमा के अंदर पहुंच जाते हैं और पांच मिनट बाद रशिया में एक साइको से लड़ाई लड़ने वाले हो क्या होगा इसका प्रोडेक्शन मुश्किल ही नहीं नामुमकिन है। ट्रेन की स्पीड इतनी ज्यादा खतरनाक है कि शायद पूरी फिल्म को समझने के लिए कम से कम दो बार जरूर देखना पड़ेगा। अगर गलती से छूटा तो पूरी कहानी बर्बाद समझिए। तारीफ तो क्रिस्टोफर नोलन की ही करनी पड़ेगी जो एकतरफ तो है ही लेकिन दूसरी कहानी के राइटर भी वो खुद हैं। ट्रेन कई कारनामों के हाथों में बेस्ट एक्टर का ऑस्कर हंड्रेड परसेंट थमा देगा। एक तरीके से पूरी दुनिया के बारे में सोचना ऑफिस के अंदर घुसा के तेज कैरेक्टर्स को फिट करना कोई मामूली काम नहीं है। हालांकि इन सेक्शन से कंपेयर करेंगे तो टैलेंट इमोशंस के मामले में थोड़ी सी कमजोर पड़ जाती है। जैसे इस कहानी में एक रीजन था जिसकी पूरी कहानी को लिखा गया था लेकिन टीनएज की शुरुआत कैसे हुई इसका अफसोस नहीं है। जिस सेक्शन में फैमिली को पूरी कहानी को लिखा गया था वो थोड़ा बहुत कनेक्ट कर सकते हो लेकिन उसके ठीक उल्टा की कहानी ट्विटर और हंड्रेड परसेंट फिक्शनल कनेक्ट नहीं कर पाओगे। रही बात तो दोनों पार्टनर्स के परफेक्शन के साथ प्ले करते हैं तो दिल और दिमाग दोनों के बैलेंस से पूरी कहानी को अपने कंट्रोल करते हैं लेकिन फ्यूचर बैटमैन यानी रॉबर्ट पैटिन्सन उनके एक्स फैक्टर साबित होते हैं तो कहने के लिए तो फिल्म सपोर्टिंग करेक्टर है लेकिन क्लाइमेक्स में लगा सीक्रेट पूरी कहानी का असली हीरो बना देता है।

Yazaki (Japan) कंपनी लगाएगी इंडिया में प्लांट
यूपी में एक और बहुत बड़ी जापानी ऑटोमोबाइल पार्ट्स मैन्युफैक्चरिंग कंपनी इन्वेस्टमेंट करने जा रही है और इन्वेस्टमेंट के अंतर्गत ये जापानी कंपनी 2 हजार करोड़ रुपए के निवेश से और ऑटोमोबिल में इस्तेमाल होने वाली Wire Harness और डिजिटल इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स मीटर भारत में ही मैन्युफैक्चर करेगी। जापानी कंपनी इसकी कॉरपोरेशन ने यूपी सरकार के साथ एक मेमोरंडम ऑफ अंडरस्टैंडिंग अग्रीमेंट साइन कर लिया है और अगले साल के अंत तक इस ऑटोमोबिल पार्ट्स मैन्युफैक्चरिंग कंपनी में प्रॉडक्शन भी शुरू कर दिया जाएगा।
भारतीय कार्स में इस्तेमाल होने वाली ज्यादातर गाड़ियों में जापानी चाइना से इम्पोर्टेड डिजिटल मीटर का इस्तेमाल किया जाता है। पर अब इस कंपनी की मैन्यूफैक्चरिंग यूनिट लगने के बाद इन इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स पार्ट्स का इम्पोर्ट काफी हद तक कम कर दिया जाएगा। हालांकि अभी इस कंपनी को लैंड लोकेट नहीं हुई है पर अगले साल के जनवरी के अंत तक इस जापानी कंपनी को अपनी प्लांट लगाने के लिए यूपी कॉमन जगह भी दे देगी।
आपको बता दें कि नेशनल। इसके अलावा ये जापानी कंपनी भारत में मैन्युफैक्चर कार और हेवी ड्यूटी ट्रक्स के लिए बाजार में भी मैन्युफैक्चर करेगी। बार हारने से गाड़ी में लगने वाले बार्स और केबल्स के बंडल को कहा जाता है जो गाड़ियों में अलग अलग सिस्टम से कनेक्ट करता है।
इस मैन्युफैक्चरिंग प्लांट को केवल स्वदेशी ऑटोमोबिल सेक्टर के लिए नहीं लगाया जा रहा बल्कि यूरोपियन देशों के कार मैन्युफैक्चरर्स की जरूरतों को भी मेड इन इंडिया वायर हार्नेस से पूरा किया जाएगा।
भारत ऑटोमोबाइल सेक्टर फिलहाल के लिए चाइना पर बहुत ज्यादा निर्भर है पर इसी निर्भरता को कम करने के लिए हाल ही में ऑटोमोबाइल इंडस्ट्री के लिए भी PLI स्कीम भारतीय सरकार की तरफ से जारी की गई थी। वैसे तो भारत का ऑटोमोबाइल सेक्टर बहुत ही बड़ा है पर इलेक्ट्रॉनिक पार्ट्स और कंपोनेंट्स के लिए भारतीय और मैन्युफैक्चरर्स चायना पर काफी ज्यादा डिपेंड है और केवल भारत ही नहीं बल्कि ग्लोबली ज्यादातर ऑटोमोबाइल मैन्युफैक्चरर्स अभी चाइना से ही पार्ट्स इम्पोर्ट करें और इसी वजह से इस फील्ड के अंतर्गत ज्यादातर जर्मन ताइवानी और जापानी कंपनीज को भारत में इनसेंटिव दिया जा रहा है जिससे बड़ी बड़ी ऑटोमोबिल कंपनीज अपने साथ फौरन पार्ट्स मैन्युफैक्चरर्स को भी भारत में निवेश करने के लिए आ पाईं। फिलहाल जैसा कि ग्रुप भारत में मीटिंग्स और वायर हार्नेस की मैन्युफैक्चरिंग शुरू करने जा रहे पर कमाल की बात तो ये है कि ये कंपनी भारत में चार्जिंग स्टेशंस में लगने वाले चार्जिंग कनेक्टर की भारत में ही मैन्युफैक्चरिंग शुरू करने जा रही है।
आपने सही सुना ये कंपनी इलेक्ट्रिक चार्जिंग कनेक्टेड का एक बहुत बड़ा मैन्युफैक्चरर है। कई देशों की कंपनीज को ये कनेक्टेड सप्लाई करता है जो इलेक्ट्रिक कारों को ज्यादा बढ़ावा मिल रहा है। फिलहाल भारत का चार्जिंग इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर एक शुरुआती दौर में है इसलिए कंपनी फिलहाल कुछ दिनों के बाद ही इन कनेक्टर की मैन्युफैक्चरिंग भारत में शुरू करेगी। इस कंपनी के भारत में मैन्युफैक्चरिंग शुरू करने से दो फायदे हो जाएंगे। पहला ये कि चाइना पर से काफी हद तक भारतीय ऑटोमोबाइल मैन्युफैक्चरर्स की निर्भरता कम हो जाएगी और दूसरा फायदा ये कि भारत में मैन्युफैक्चरिंग गाड़ियों में स्वदेशीकरण बढ़ जाएगा।
भारत में कंपनी फिलहाल दो ही जगह से ऑपरेट करती है। भारत में यह कंपनी फिलहाल काफी छोटे लेवल पर मैन्युफैक्चरिंग करती है पर यूपी सरकार द्वारा दिए गए इनसेंटिव की वजह से अभी कंपनी भारत में अपनी मैन्युफैक्चरिंग को एक्सपोर्ट करने का मन बना चुकी है। थोड़े दिनों पहले ही जापानी गवर्नमेंट फाइनेंशियल कंपनी की मदद करने की घोषणा की थी इसलिए इस बात से इनकार नहीं किया जा सकता कि शायद जापानी कंपनी को शिफ्ट करना ज्यादा फायदेमंद लग रहा हो क्योंकि इस रिलोकेशन की वजह से जापानी कंपनी तीन जगह से फायदा उठा रही है। पहला फायदा जो उनको पिछली स्कीम की वजह से सेंट्रल गवर्मेंट दे रही है। दूसरा फायदा जो भारत की राज्य सरकारें इन कंपनीज को अपने प्रदेश में मैन्युफैक्चरिंग स्टार्ट करने के लिए इनसेंटिव दे रही हैं और तीसरा फायदा जो खुद जपान अपनी कंपनी को चाइना से री लोकेट करने के लिए दे रहे
